4. Q: I work abroad, can I invest in your properties?

   Yes. You will have to make sure that you will be able to sign the required documents. However, should this be improbable, you will have to provide a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) assigning somebody based in the Philippines as your attorney in fact to represent you in your transaction with the Company.

5. Q: What are the available financing schemes?

   In house Financing, Bank Financing and Pag-IBIG Financing.

6. Q: What are your available down payment options for In-house Financing?

   We give as low as 10% down payment on most of our projects. This amount will already allow you to move in to your new house.

7. Q: Should I choose to utilize In-house Financing, what are the documentary requirements?

   Two (2) pcs. of 2x2 colored picture, Community Tax Certificate, Two (2) valid I.D.'s and birth certificate if single or marriage certificate if married.

8. Q: I often encounter additional charges aside from the total package price; do I have to pay anything else to be able to move in?

   Yes, you have to pay the transfer of title fee and move-in fee.

9. Q: Assuming I have paid the total selling price of the package, who will shoulder the transfer of title expenses and other applicable taxes?

   All charges in the preparation of the deed of Absolute Sale, such as notarial fee, Documentary Stamps, registration fee, mortgage fee, transfer fee, the value added tax and other related expenses shall be for the account of the buyer while the Witholding Tax shall be for the account of the Developer.

10. Q: When can I move in to my house should I decide to buy?

    As soon as you have paid the downpayment, submitted the required documents, signed all pertinent documents and issued 36 post dated local cheques covering your monthly amortization for the first three years.

11. Q: How long can I pay the balance for In-house Financing

    You can pay it for as long as 15 years; one of the longest in the industry.
